Jenifer brings over 14 years of Pilates experience to the studio. She turned to Pilates to manage back pain and found lasting benefits in strength, mobility, and overall vitality. That personal experience led her to pursue formal training through Balanced Body University, where she completed more than 520 hours of instruction in mat, reformer, and apparatus.
Her teaching blends classical Pilates principles with a contemporary approach while focusing on dynamic movement. She is passionate about helping clients become more confident and connected with their bodies.
