Back to Basics

Focuses on the foundations of Pilates using basic classical movements, with an emphasis on understanding the principles of breath, core engagement, and mind-body connection. Required for those new to Pilates.

All Level Reformer

A full body, energizing workout. Leave feeling stronger and taller. Utilizing the traditional moves with our own unique, contemporary twist.

Springboard

An energizing full-body workout that challenges balance, coordination and stability all at once.

Cardio-ology

This cardio focused class utilizes a trampoline attachment on the Reformer to give you a fun and most likely sweaty workout!

Athletic Reformer

A fast-paced approach that utilizes quick transitions to build endurance, train focus, increase heart rate and optimize caloric burn. No beginners will be permitted.

Stretch-ology

This flowy class features your favorite stretches with slow & smooth feel-good exercises. Relax, realign, and restore your mind and body!
