Co-owner and certified Pilates instructor for Pilate-ology. Jessica first started Pilates in 2006 after a back injury caused chronic pain. Her doctor encouraged her to get involved in Pilates and not long after a routine of group reformer and private sessions 4 days per week, Jessica was pain free and has been ever since. This truly life-changing experience led to a desire to help people in the same situation and also others seeking a challenging way to get fit, create balance and change their bodies.
Pilates isn’t just for dancers or for those with great flexibility. Pilates is for everyone! Those new to exercise and those looking to diversify their workout routine will experience the great benefits of the Pilates method. You will be longer, leaner and standing tall and the changes you will see in your body will amaze you! Jessica is certified by Pilates Sports Center in Encino, CA and Pilates Method Alliance. Jessica’s classes are music driven and her style is based in traditional Pilates but with a contemporary spin; focusing on endurance and coordination. Her passions outside Pilates are music, crime dramas, dogs and iced coffee.
